多光路低量程激光气体分析仪原理及工业应用

摘要 吸收光谱法气体检测技术主要依据分子对光的吸收特性和强度,识别混合气体中特定气体的种类并测定该气体的体积分数。论述了White型多光路试样吸收池和Herriott型多光路试样吸收池的结构及工作原理,从两种多光路试样吸收池各自的特点出发,推荐了更合理的选型方案。介绍了多光路低量程激光气体分析仪的工作原理,结合实际案例,探讨了该分析仪的应用特性和注意事项。 Absorption spectrometry gas detection technology identifies the type of specified gas and its volume fraction in the mixed gas through the molecular absorbing characteristic and intensity to light.The structure and working principle of two different types of multi-channel sample absorption cell of White and Herriott.Starting from the characteristics for each multi-channel sample cell,the reasonable selection scheme is recommended.The working principle for multi-channel and low range for laser gas analyzer is introduced.Combining the actual case,the application characteristics and notes for the analyzer are discussed.
