摘要
细菌外膜囊泡(outer membrane vesicles,OMVs)是一种在不破坏细胞膜的情况下细菌正常分泌的球状小泡。近年来越来越多的研究表明外膜囊泡在病原微生物感染及致病过程中发挥着重要的作用,其作用机制不同于传统的分泌系统。目前细菌外膜囊泡在细菌毒力、细菌对环境的适应性、帮助细菌摄取营养物质和群体感应等方面的研究已非常广泛,但关于外膜囊泡与抗生素相关的研究还处于起步阶段。因此,本文综述了细菌外膜囊泡及抗生素与细菌外膜囊泡相关的研究,以期为细菌感染治疗及减缓耐药性发展,降低致病菌毒力等工作提供参考。
Bacterial outer membrane vesicles(OMVs)are spherical vesicles that are normally secreted by bacteria without destroying cell membranes.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that outer membrane vesicles play an important role in promoting pathogenesis and enabling bacterial survival under stress conditions.Their mechanism of secretion is different from that of traditional secretion systems.Bacterial outer membrane vesicles have been widely studied in terms of bacterial virulence,bacterial survival,the intake of nutrients such as metal ions,and quorum sensing,but the research on the correlation between outer membrane vesicles and antibiotics is still in its infancy.In this review,we discuss recent advances in the study of OMVs-related antibiotics,focusing on new insights into the mechanisms of biogenesis and functions of these kinds of OMVs.
