新中国70年教育扶贫的实践逻辑嬗变研究 被引量:11

摘要 新中国成立70年来,我国的扶贫开发事业取得了举世瞩目的伟大成就,教育扶贫作为阻断贫困代际传递的根本手段在其中发挥了巨大的推进作用。综观我国教育扶贫发展的历史轨迹,可以将其实践逻辑归纳为如下几个方面:(1)普及与提高:我国教育扶贫的初始样态与价值追求;(2)起点与过程:我国教育扶贫的点向思维与线性追求;(3)漫灌与精准:我国教育扶贫的粗放模式与精准追求;(4)公平与优质:我国教育扶贫的改革动力与目标追求。 The great development of the 70 th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China is also a magnificent development process for China’s poverty alleviation. In this grand historical process,education poverty alleviation has always played an important historical role. Analyzing the historical track of China’s education poverty alleviation development,we can summarize its practical logic into the following aspects:( 1) popularization and improvement: the initial situation and value pursuit of education poverty alleviation in China;( 2) starting point and process: point-oriented thinking and linear pursuit of education poverty alleviation in China;( 3) flood irrigation and precision assistance: the extensive mode and precise pursuit of education poverty alleviation in China;( 4) fairness and quality: the reform motivation and goal pursuit of education poverty alleviation in China.
