摘要 以人力资本理论为基础,构建广义分位数回归模型(GQR)处理教育内生性问题,采用2015年全国流动人口动态监测调查数据实证分析了教育对流动人口收入差距的影响。研究表明:教育会扩大流动人口总体收入差距;城城流动人口教育回报率的收入分层呈现阶段性变化,教育对城城流动人口中高收入群体的增收作用大于中低收入群体;在乡城流动人口中则呈现相反的结果,教育回报率在低收入群体中更高,排除最高收入组,教育可以缩小乡城流动人口群体的组内收入差距。 Based on the theory of human capital, this paper constructs a general quantile regression model (GQR) to correct the ability deviation. The impact of education on the income gap of floating population is empirically analyzed by using the data of the national dynamic monitoring survey of floating population in 2015. The research shows that education will widen the overall income gap of the floating population;the income stratification of the educational return rate of the floating population in urban areas shows a periodic change, and the effect of education on the high-income group of the floating population in urban areas is greater than that of the middle-low-income group;the opposite result is shown in the rural-urban floating population, and the educational return is greater in the low-income group. Excluding the highest income group, education can narrow the income gap within the group of rural-urban migrant population.
