匿名审稿制度提高了中国教育类学术期刊的学术品质吗? 被引量:9

摘要 匿名审稿制度是国际通行的学术评价制度,但这一制度是否提升了中国教育类学术期刊的学术品质却并不明确。本研究首先基于一个准实验研究设计,采用双重差分法分析匿名审稿制度对中国教育类学术期刊学术品质的影响。实证结果表明,匿名审稿制度并未显著提升中国教育类学术期刊的学术品质。为对这一结果进行归因,研究者访谈了期刊编辑、审稿人和作者,发现造成匿名审稿制度效果不佳的原因是多方面的。而要进一步完善这一制度,除对匿名审稿制度本身进行改进外,还需从更广泛的方面实施改革,尤其是,政府需在改善基础保障条件和营造良好学术环境方面做出更多努力。 The anonymous peer review is an internationally accepted academic evaluation system ,but whether this system enhances the academic quality of Chinese educational academic journals is not clear.. This research is based on a quasi-experimental research design, using the double difference method to analyze the impact of the anonymous review system on the academic quality of Chinese educational academic journals. The empirical results show that the anonymous review system has not significantly improved the academic quality of Chinese educational academic journals. To attribute this result, the researchers interviewed journal editors, reviewers, and authors, and found that the reasons for the poor performance of the anonymous review system were manifold. To further improve this system, in addition to improving the anonymous review system itself, it is necessary to implement reforms from a broader perspective. In particular, the government needs to make more efforts to improve basic security conditions and create a better academic environment.
