探讨色纺纱异纤的控制问题。从异纤概念、异纤对后道工序的危害入手,全面分析了造成异纤的原因,并提出了相应的控制措施。认为:异纤与原料、生产、器材、环境等息息相关,控制色纺纱的异纤有利于提高色纺纱的质量。

The control problem of foreign fibers in colored spun yarn was discussed.The reasons for foreign fibers were overall analyzed from the concept of foreign fiber and the harm of foreign fibers on the back processes.The corresponding control measures were put forward.It is considered that the foreign fibers are closely connected with the raw material,production,equipment,environment and so on.The control of foreign fibers in colored spun yarn is beneficial to the quality improvement of colored spun yarn.
