摘要
研究梳棉机锡林刺辊线速比变化对棉纱条干质量的影响问题。在5档不同刺辊速度下调节锡林速度,在锡林刺辊线速比分别为1.5、2.0及2.5时,做成纱条干对比试验。结果表明:锡林刺辊线速比为2.0时成纱条干质量最好,为1.5时成纱条干质量最差。认为:合理设定锡林刺辊线速比有助于提高成纱条干质量。
Influence problem of cylinder licker-in linear velocity ratio change on cotton yarn evenness quality was studied.Cylinder speed was changed under each different licker-in speed.When cylinder licker-in linear velocity ratio was 1.5,2.0 and 2.5 respectively,yarn evenness comparison test was made.The results showed that when cylinder licker-in linear velocity ratio was 2.0,yarn evenness quality was the best,cylinder licker-in linear velocity ratio was 1.5,yarn evenness quality was the worst.It is considered that rational selecting cylinder licker-in linear velocity ratio is helpful to improve yarn evenness quality.
