总结亚麻棉混纺织物的生产要点。介绍了亚麻棉混纺纱的质量;分析了亚麻棉混纺织物的生产难点;浆纱工序为重点,为优选出最佳工艺,进行了6个浆料配方及工艺的试验,从而保证了较好的浆纱质量;织造工序重点针对纬停、横档和“三跳”等疵点,总结了采取的一系列针对性技术措施。最终产品顺利生产,织机效率达到85%以上,下机一等品率达到90%以上。认为:针对混纺纱特点,重点控制好浆纱和织造环节是保证生产的关键。

Production key points of flax cotton blended fabrics were summarized.Quality of flax cotton blended yarn was introduced.Production difficulties of flax cotton blended fabric were analyzed.Sizing process was focused.For the best process,six kinds of sizing instruction and processes were tested.Better sizing quality was ensured.Weaving process focused on weft stoppage,thigh and defects.A series of targeted technology measures were adopted.Finally,product was successfully produced.Loom efficiency was reached above 85%.First grade percentage before cloth repairing was reached above 90%.It is considered that for properties of blended yarns,better control sizing and weaving is the key to ensure the production.
