摘要
笔者根据自身的工作实践,从IT系统管理控制和安全策略着手,针对一套IT服务智能化移动作业系统集成技术进行了深入分析,着重从业务功能、技术架构和安全技术等几个方面进行论述,旨在建设一套IT服务工单智能助手,实现IT服务能力移动化,以满足南网信息安全要求。
According to the author's own work practice, starting with the management control and security strategy of IT system, the author makes a deep analysis of a set of IT service intelligent mobile operation system integration technology, focusing on business functions, technical architecture and security technology, aiming at building a set of IT service worksheet intelligent assistant. IT service capability is now mobile to meet the requirements of information security in South China Network.
