Enterprise Management Innovation Based on Information System Construction

随着我国日益重视信息化产业,信息化已经成为推动我国经济发展和社会进步的新的革命性要素。基于此,笔者通过某企业部署EAM系统的成功案例,分析传统企业在面临管理困境时,如何利用契合自身特点的信息系统成功实现管理创新、效益提升,希望能够为相关研究提供借鉴。

With the increasing emphasis on Information Industry in China, informatization has become a new revolutionary factor to promote the economic development and social progress of our country. Based on this, through a successful case of deploying EAM system in an enterprise, the author analyses how traditional enterprises can successfully achieve management innovation and benefit improvement by using information systems that fit their own characteristics when facing management dilemma, hoping to provide reference for relevant research.
