新中国成立以来我国心外科发展：成就、挑战和应对

Development of Cardiac Surgery in China Since the Founding of the People’s Republic of China

我国心血管外科发展几乎与国际同步,自新中国成立至今可以分为三个阶段:学科探索期(1949~1979年);学科形成期(1979~2000年);学科成熟期(2000年至今).本文回顾了本学科总体发展概况和各亚专科在新中国成立以来取得的成就.经过半个多世纪的努力,我国心血管外科终于在新千年赶上了国际学科发展步伐,成就非凡.但是我们也应该看到,我国不同中心、不同区域医疗质量差异巨大,缩小医疗质量差异仍然任重而道远.

The development of cardiovascular surgery in China can be divided into three stages: the period of academic exploration (1949-1979);the period of discipline formation (1979-2000);the maturity of cardiovascular surgery (2000-present). This article reviews the general development of the discipline and the achievements of various subspecialties of cardiovascular surgery since the founding of the People’s Republic of China. After more than half a century of hard work, China's cardiovascular surgery has finally caught up with the pace of international discipline development in the new millennium, and its achievements are extraordinary. However, we should also realize that the quality of medical care varies greatly from different centers and regions in China, and there is still a long way to go to minimize above gaps.
