微生物诱导碳酸钙沉积技术中的胶结液配方试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高MICP加固土体的CaCO3的产率,利用水溶液环境下的试验,通过控制营养肉汤浓度、氯化钙与尿素溶质浓度比和胶结液浓度,进行了三种因素的水溶液影响试验.测试对比了水溶液试验过程中CaCO3生成情况、NH4+、Ca2+变化规律等.研究结果表明:在水溶液试验中,CaCO3生成量随溶液中营养肉汤浓度的提高而逐渐提高;高氯化钙浓度(1.0mol/L)情况下尿素过量不利于尿素水解与CaCO3沉积;低氯化钙浓度(0.25、0.5mol/L)情况下尿素过量在反应后期加快反应;不同胶结液浓度对CaCO3最终生成量没有明显影响. In order to improve the yield of CaCO3 in soil strengthened with MICP,by using experiments in aqueous environments,by controlling the concentration of nutrient broth,calcium chloride and urea concentration of solute concentration ratio and cementation reagent,three experiments were carried out. Content and distribution of CaCO3 and changes of NH4+,Ca2+ in the water solution tests were compared and analyzed. The research results show as follows.In the aqueous solution tests,the production of CaCO3 increased with the increase of the concentration of nutrient broth in the solution. In the case of high calcium chloride concentration(1.0 mol/L),excessive urea is not conducive to the hydrolysis of urea and the deposition of CaCO3. In the case of low calcium chloride concentration(0.25,0.5 mol/L),excessive urea accelerates the reaction in the later stage. Different cementation reagent concentrations have no significant effect on the final production of CaCO3.
