摘要
对布卡武中国二级医院疟疾流行情况进行调查发现,有42.9%的住院患者为疟疾患者。为进一步帮助联合国部队和联刚稳定特派团(mission de l′organisation des nations unies pour la stablisation en Republique Democratique du Congo,MONUSCO)全体工作人员更好地了解疟疾的早期预防、准确诊断和正确治疗,通过参考联合国相关文件,结合二级医院防治疟疾的成功经验,完成了本研究。对疟疾的相关研究已得到MONUSCO部队医务主任(chief of force medical officer,CFMO)的核可,并以电子版形式在整个任务区各军事分队及民事部门出版发行。
A total of 42.9% inpatients were found suffuring from malaria in Chinese levelⅡ hospital Bukavu.To further help the UN troops and all MONUSCO(mission de l′organisation des nations unies pour la stablisation en Republique Democratique du Congo,MONUSCO) staff for a better understanding of early prevention,accurate diagnosis,and proper treatment of this infectious disease,the relevant UN documents and protocols were studied and referred,and based on Chinese level Ⅱ hospital Bukavu successful experience of prevention and diagnosis/treatment of malaria,a pamphlet on malaria has been studied.It has been approved by CFMO (chief of force medical officer,CFMO) of MONUSCO and the pamphlet has been published all over the mission area in e-copy.
