刚果(金)维和部队昆虫叮咬发病现状及危险因素

Status and risk factors of insect bites in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) peacekeepers

目的:调查刚果(金)维和部队官兵昆虫叮咬发病情况,寻找昆虫叮咬的高危因素,制定有效的预防措施。方法:采用调查问卷的形式,对刚果(金)维和部队南基伍旅2200名维和官兵进行了昆虫叮咬的流行病学调查,内容围绕维和官兵基本信息、发病情况、暴露情况和防护情况等4个方面设计了35个问题。根据问卷结果进行统计学分析。结果:获得有效问卷1634份,其中917人被昆虫叮咬,发病率为56.12%。昆虫叮咬的影响因素包括营区环境、执行任务地域、个人防护措施及防护态度。结论:刚果(金)维和官兵昆虫叮咬发病率较高,需要对营区环境进行必要的改良,同时加强个人防护意识和防护技能。

Objective: To investigate the status and risk factors of insect bites in the Democratic Republic of the Congo peacekeepers,to find out the high risk factors of insect bites,and to formulate effective preventive measures. Methods: An epidemiological survey of insect bites was carried out in 2 200 peacekeepers of the South Kivu Brigade of the Democratic Republic of the Congo in the form of a questionnaire.The contents of the survey focused on the basic information of the peacekeepers and the incidence of the disease.Thirty-five problems were designed in four aspects: exposure and protection.Statistical analysis was carried out according to the results of the questionnaire. Results: A total of 1 634 valid questionnaires were obtained,of which 917 people were bitten by insects,the incidence rate was 56.12%.The risk factors of insect bites included camp environment,mission area,personal protective measures and protective attitudes. Conclusion: Peacekeepers have a high incidence of insect bites in Democratic Republic of the Congo,so it is necessary to improve the environment of the camp and strengthen the consciousness of personal protection and the protection skills.
