加强高校后勤外聘员工党建工作探索

Exploration on Strengthening Party Building of Logistics External Employees in Colleges and Universities

随着高等教育事业的快速发展和高校后勤社会化改革的深入推进,越来越多的外聘员工加入高校后勤队伍,加强外聘员工党建工作,是基层党组织落实新时代党的建设总要求,全面推进党的建设的重要职责。通过分析高校后勤外聘员工队伍整体性和个体特点、党建工作中存在的主要问题,基于加强外聘员工党建工作必要性,从强化党组织政治功能、完善外聘员工管理制度、加强外聘员工教育培训、积极发挥后勤文化作用、加强外聘员工重点培养、加强外聘员工党员管理等方面,对如何进一步加强高校后勤外聘员工党建工作进行了探索。

With the rapid development of higher education and the deepening of the socialized reform of logistics in colleges and universities,more and more external employees join the logistics. Strengthening the party building of external employees is an important responsibility of basic-level party organizations to implement the general requirements of party building in the new era and comprehensively promote party building. Based on the analysis of the integrity and individual characteristics of the external employee team and the main problems existing in the work of party building in the university and college logistics, and on the basis of the necessity of strengthening party building of the external employees, this paper probes into how to further strengthen the party building of the logistics employees in colleges and universities from the aspects of: strengthening the political function of the party organization, perfecting the management system of the external employees, strengthening the education and training of external employees, actively playing the role of logistics culture, strengthening the focus training of external employees and strengthening the management of the party members of the external employees.
