一种智能交通管理终端设计与实现

Design and Implementation of an Intelligent Transportation Management Terminal

摘要 目前,交通管理部门对车辆的监控主要依靠摄像头和交警人员,而摄像头的监控范围有限。针对交通管理中相关数据采集覆盖面窄、时效性差等不足,设计了一种由中心监控系统、基站接收系统、智能终端组成的智能交通管理系统。测试结果表明,智能交通管理系统可以满足交通管理的需求。 There are several disadvantages concerning vehicle monitoring which is implemented by cameras and traffic policemen.The scope of monitoring by cameras is limited.To solve the problems of the narrow coverage of data gathering by transportation administration,and the low time efficiency,a smart traffic administration terminal which is composed of a central monitoring system,a base station receiving system and a smart terminal is designed to meet the need of traffic administration.The test results are quite satisfactory.
