摘要
四川省草原科学研究院牧草所团队在位于阿坝州红原县牧草育种基地中发现并保存了一批披碱草属(Elymus L.)天然杂种。为了弄清这些天然杂种与生境中常见的披碱草属物种间的亲缘关系,从而更好地利用这些种质资源的杂种优势,本研究选取了14个特征指标在形态学层面上对供试的54份天然杂种和老芒麦(E. sibiricus)、垂穗披碱草(E. nutans)、圆柱披碱草(E. cylindricus)及麦薲草(E. tangutorum)开展了形态学初步鉴定。聚类分析结果显示,供试的天然杂种与老芒麦和垂穗披碱草聚为一类,其中51份与老芒麦更近,3份与垂穗披碱草更近。圆柱披碱草和麦薲草则单独聚为一类,与供试天然杂种间亲缘关系较远。
The pasture research institutes of Sichuan Academy of Grassland Science saved a group of Elymus natural hybrids in the Second Farm pilot site in Hongyuan County,Aba Prefecture. In order to clarify the genetic relationship between these natural hybrids and the common Elymus species in the habitat,so as to make better use of the heterosis of these germplasm resources,our study selected 14 morphological indexes to identify the preliminary identification of genetic relationship between 54 natural hybrids and Elymus sibiricus,Elymus nutans,Elymus cylindricus,Elymus tangutorum. The results of cluster analysis showed that all the natural hybrids tested were clustered with Elymus sibiricum and Elymus nutans,51 of which were closer to Elymus sibiricum,and the remaining 3 were closer to Elymus nutans. Elymus cylindricus and Elymus tangutorum are grouped together in one cluster and far from the natural hybrids.
