老龄化加速背景下内蒙古养老机构保障能力评估

Assessment of the Security Capacity of Inner Mongolia’s Elder Care Center under the Background of Accelerated Aging

尊老孝老是中华民族的传统美德,爱老助老是全社会的共同责任。党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视老龄事业发展,就有效应对人口老龄化、加快完善养老保障和养老服务体系、发展养老服务业作出了一系列安排部署。为深入贯彻党中央的决策部署和习近平总书记的重要指示精神,着重从内蒙古人口老龄化加速的实际情况出发,通过数据分析、比对等方式全面分析内蒙古养老机构发展现状及存在的问题,进而摸清养老机构保障能力适应市场需求的底数,并对调整完善相关政策提出意见和建议。

Respect and filial the elderlyis Chinese traditional virtues,love and help the elderly is the common responsibility of the whole society.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jin-ping at its core has attached great importance to the development of the cause of aging.It has made a series of arrangements and arrangements to effectively deal with the aging of the population,accelerate the improvement of the old-age security and service system,and develop the old-age service industry.In order to thoroughly implement the decision-making and deployment of the CPC Central Committee and the important directive spirit of General Secretary Xi Jin-ping,this paper focuses on the actual situation of accelerating population aging in Inner Mongolia,and comprehensively analyzes the development status and existing problems of old-age care institutions in Inner Mongolia through data analysis and comparison,so as to find out whether the security capacity of the elder care center can meet the needs of the market,and put forward opinions and suggestions on the adjustment and improvement of relevant policies.
