民族区域自治研究范式述评——基于制度选择、设立与评价三大问题

A Review of the Research Paradigms about the Ethnic Regional Autonomy:Three Major Issues: System Selection, Establishment and Evaluation

关于民族区域自治的研究成果丰富,已有文献基于不同视角形成了多样化的观点,但目前还缺乏进一步地梳理与提炼。将民族区域自治聚焦"为什么选择""怎样设立"与"如何评价"这三大关键问题的文献梳理,将其放在"国情论"与"局势论""原生主义"与"建构主义""取消论"与"坚持论"的研究范式中作进一步地分析讨论。在此基础上,反思不同范式的对立性与互补性,以丰富认知,深化共识,为新时代民族区域自治理论与实践的发展完善提供新的启示。

There are abundant research results on regional autonomy of ethnic minorities. There are various views based on different perspectives in the existing literature, but there is still a lack of further combing and refining. This paper combs the documents focusing on the three key issues of ethnic regional autonomy: why to choose, how to set up and how to evaluate, and further analyses them in the research paradigms of "national conditions theory" and "situation theory";"primitivism" and "constructivism";"cancellation theory" and "persistence theory". On this basis, we should reflect on the opposition and complementarity of different paradigms,to enrich the understanding and deepen the consensus, and provide new inspiration for the continuous development and improvement of the theory and practice of regional ethnic autonomy.
