摘要
目前由福建省计量科学研究主导编写的国际标准“ISO16063-33”振动与冲击传感器的性能评定中已经正式发布,它解决振动冲击传感器的磁灵敏度的测量方法。本文根据新国际标准ISO16063-33《振动与冲击传感器校准方法—磁灵敏度的测试》的要求,介绍一种新型自动化磁灵敏度检定系统的硬件设计。其采用亥姆霍兹线圈作为系统磁场发生器,用步进电机驱动线圈旋转,以预应力阻尼弹簧减振器作为整个装置的减振器。最后通过实验与数据分析,系统可满足振动与冲击传感器的磁灵敏度检定的要求。
In the testing of the calibration for vibration and shock transducers,one of the important technical indexes is magnetic sensitivity. According to the demands of new international standard ISO16063 - 33"Methods for the calibration of vibration and shock transducers ( part33:Testing of magnetic field sensitivity)",the hardware design of late - model automatic magnetic sensitivity calibration system is introduced in this paper. The helmholtz coils driven by motor driver are used as magnetic generator and the prestressed damping spring shock absorber is as vibration damper. Then with the results and analysis,it indicates that the system could fully satisfy the demands of the calibration for the vibration and shock transducers.
