社区邻里关系改善的社会工作研究

A Social Work Research on Improvement of Community Neighborhood Relation

改革开放后伴随着城市化步伐的加快,"远亲不如近邻"的昔日场景几乎难现。面对这一普遍性问题,笔者以呼和浩特市A社区为例进行调查研究,从了解A社区邻里关系的现状入手,把握A社区的居住模式、人员构成、社区服务、居民心理等现状,分析影响A社区邻里关系的主要因素,从社会工作视角提出改善邻里关系的策略,帮助A社区的邻里之间形成坦诚相待、和谐友好、互帮互助的良好风气。

With the acceleration of urbanization after the reform and opening up, the old scene of "far-off relatives are inferior to the nearest neighbors" is hardly to be seen. Faced with this universal problem, the author takes A community in Hohhot as an example to investigate and study. Starting from understanding the current situation of neighborhood relationship in A community, grasping the living mode, personnel composition, community service and residents’ psychology of A community, the author analyses the main factors affecting neighborhood relationship in A community, and proposes the strategies from the perspective of social work to help the neighbourhood form a honesty, harmony, friendly atmosphere.
