Construction Technology of Intersection of Tianquan Tunnel and Main Tunnel of Yakang Expressway

雅康高速是国家高速公路网规划(2013~2030)的一条东西走向的横线联络高速,东起雅安市对岩镇,西至康定市炉城镇,全长约135km,路基宽度24.5m,同时,该项目桥隧比高达82%,是目前全省乃至全国桥隧比最高、施工难度最大的高速公路之一。为按期完成履约,保证天全隧道施工进度,采用双面掘进的施工方式,在保证质量与安全的前提下,完成既定目标,为类似工程积累施工经验。

Yakang Expressway is an east-west horizontal line connecting highway of National Expressway Network Planning (2013~2030). Yakang Expressway starts from Diao Town,Ya'an City,passing through Tianquan County,Luding County,and west to Kangding City. The length of the Yakang Expressway is about 135 kilometers;the width of the roadbed is 24.5 meters. At the same time,the bridge-to-tunnel ratio of the project is as high as 82%. It is one of the highways with the highest bridge-to-building ratio and the most difficult construction in the province and even the whole country. In order to complete the performance on time,to ensure the construction progress of the tunnel,the construction method of double-sided excavation is adopted,and the established target is completed under the premise of ensuring quality and safety,which is the experience of similar construction.
