摘要
通过利用现有桥体铺设(悬挂)工程管道、沿河道上方架设管道桥廊、沿河道下游铁路桥线铺设物料输送管道和采用双套管定向钻技术穿越相应河道4种技术方案从质量、工期、经济、技术、环境保护、地方协调、河道保护及公共安全等方面进行对比分析,最终确定采用双套管定向钻技术穿越相应河道。通过对双套管定向钻回拖牵拉技术、复杂砂层泥浆配比设计技术、定向钻穿越混合砂质及超厚砂层技术和双套管防腐层保护技术等进行创新,该施工方案具有不阻碍交通、防泄漏、防污染、安全系数高、不破坏原地貌状态和保护环境的优点,符合现在建筑节能环保的发展方向。特别是在这种地质情况复杂的天然河道穿越工程中,应用价值极高。
Through the use of the existing pipeline laying(suspension)of the bridge engineering,along the river erect pipeline bridge gallery,along the river railway bridge line laying pipeline,adopts double pipe conveying of directional drilling technology across the river four corresponding technical solution from quality,time limit for a project,economy,technology,environmental protection,local coordinate,channel protection,public security and other aspects to compare and analyze,finalized by using double casing directional drilling technology through the corresponding channel. Through the double casing directional drilling and pulling technology,complex sand layer mud ratio design technology,directional drilling through mixed sand and ultra-thick sand layer technology,double casing anti-corrosion layer protection technology and other technology innovation. The construction scheme has the advantages of not obstructing traffic,preventing leakage and pollution,not destroying the original landform state and protecting the environment,which is in line with the development direction of building energy conservation and environmental protection. Especially in this geological complex natural river crossing project,the application value is very high.
