新时期建筑工程施工造价的控制对策及管理技术

Control Countermeasures and Management Technology of Construction Cost of Construction Engineering in New Period

新时期建筑行业内部竞争更加激烈,强化工程造价控制不仅有助于保障工程质量安全,而且也能切实维护施工单位的经济效益。但是在建筑工程施工造价控制工作中,还存在管理体制不完善、监督工作不到位、价格机制不合理等问题,制约了造价控制应有价值的发挥。首先概述了施工造价控制应遵循的基本原则,随后针对现阶段造价控制工作中客观存在的一些问题,分别从招投标、设计规划、现场施工、竣工结算等环节分析了具体的控制对策,最后结合个人工作经验,提出了转变造价管理理念、提高造价控制信息化水平等管理建议。

The internal competition of the construction industry is more intense in the new era. Strengthening the construction cost control not only helps to ensure the quality and safety of the project,but also can effectively maintain the economic benefits of the construction unit. However,in the construction cost control work of construction projects,there are still problems such as imperfect management system,inadequate supervision work,and unreasonable price mechanism,which restricts the value of cost control. This paper first summarizes the basic principles that construction cost control should follow. Then,according to the objective problems existing in the current cost control work,the specific control measures are analyzed from the aspects of bidding,design planning,onsite construction,and completion settlement. Combined with personal work experience,it puts forward management suggestions such as changing the concept of cost management and improving the informatization level of cost control.
