航天发射塔混凝土柱箱形预埋件检测

摘要 为明确某发射塔混凝土柱连接回转平台的箱形钢预埋件区域内混凝土的状态及预埋件的可靠性,对塔架连接回转平台的混凝土柱箱形预埋件的焊缝质量、正面钢板倾角、侧向钢板受力、预埋件频谱特性进行检测。结果表明:回转平台开合过程中箱形预埋件钢板未发现变形、应变,激振频率未有明显异常,各预埋件受力状态良好,预埋件与混凝土柱连接可靠,焊缝质量良好,满足正常状况下的安全和使用要求。 In order to clarify the concrete state in the joint area of box-shaped ladle concrete column connected with rotary platform of a launching tower structure and the reliability of reliability of the box steel embedded parts in the area,the weld quality,obliquity of front steel plate,force of side steel plate and spectrum characteristics of embedded parts of concrete column box-type steel embedded parts connected with rotary platform of tower were tested. The results have shown that there are no obvious abnormalities in deformation, strain and excitation frequency of the box-type embedded steel plate during the opening and closing of the rotary platform,and the stress state of each embedded steel plate is good. The embedded parts are reliable to connect with concrete columns,and the weld quality is good,which meets the safety and use requirements under normal conditions.
