摘要 由于建筑工程建设内容多,工程信息量大且种类复杂,增加了建筑工程信息分析与信息管理的难度。而随着建筑工程建设标准的逐步提高,其信息分析与管理也应紧跟建筑工程的发展需要做出创新与变革,以期能满足现代化建筑工程高效的管理需求。科学技术的发展进步改变了传统的信息管理模式,BIM技术是数字技术在建筑工程应用的具体体现,它可实现对建筑工程全过程全方位的施工指导,同时借助GIS技术工程信息的整合与管理,可为其提供准确的科学依据。两者的资源整合与综合利用,实现了对建筑施工全过程的可视化管理,可视化管理的透明性与便捷性,使其成为当下我国建筑施工高效管理的必然选择。 Because of the large content and complex types of construction information,it is more difficult to analyze and manage construction information.With the gradual improvement of construction standards,its information analysis and management should also follow the development needs of construction projects to make innovations and changes in order to meet the efficient management needs of modern construction projects. The development and progress of science and technology have changed the traditional information management mode. BIM technology is the concrete embodiment of digital technology in the application of construction engineering. It can provide all-round construction guidance for the whole process of construction engineering. At the same time,it can provide accurate scientific basis for the integration and management of engineering information with the help of GIS technology. The integration and comprehensive utilization of the two resources have realized the visual management of the whole construction process,transparency and convenience of the visual management,making it an inevitable choice for the efficient management of construction in our country at present.
