摘要
在地铁工程建设中,盾构法是一种常用的施工技术。管片是地铁盾构施工中的重要组成部分,管片下井、吊运、拼装及质量监测等,都是现场施工管理需要重点关注的内容。由于地铁管片盾构施工在地下完成,具有较强的隐蔽性和复杂性,施工管理和技术控制就显得十分必要。以往的管片盾构施工管理存在方式落后、信息断链等问题,不能满足当前地铁工程建设的要求。在概述当前管片盾构施工管理常见问题的基础上,介绍了一种基于信息化管理的App子系统,并就其系统组成、应用流程等展开了简要分析。
In the construction of subway engineering,the shield method is a common construction technique. The tube piece is an important part of the construction of the subway shield. The downhole,lifting,assembling and quality monitoring of the tube piece are all the main concerns of the site construction management. Since the construction of the subway segment shield is completed underground,it has strong concealment and complexity,and construction management and technical control are very necessary. In the past,the construction and management of the segment shield construction was backward and the information was broken,which could not meet the requirements of the current subway construction. Based on an overview of the common problems in the construction management of the current segment shield,this paper introduces an APP subsystem based on information management,and briefly analyzes its system composition and application flow.
