随着我国建筑行业的不断进步,在我国建筑行业中,施工技术创新对工程管理具有重要作用,因为传统的管理方式和工艺效率较低,并且也难以满足施工质量的实际要求,因此只有不断优化施工工艺技术,才能在一定程度上有效促进建筑整体质量。因此主要对建筑工程施工管理和技术创新应用进行分析,希望为同行业工作人员提供相应的参考价值。

It has promoted the continuous progress of China's construction industry. In China's construction industry,construction technology innovation plays an important role in project management,because traditional management methods and process efficiency are relatively low,and it is also difficult to meet the actual requirements of construction quality. Therefore,only by continuously optimizing the construction technology can the overall quality of the building be effectively promoted to a certain extent. Therefore,this paper mainly analyzes the construction engineering construction management and technical innovation application. Based on this,the following contents are proposed,and it is hoped to provide corresponding reference value for the staff in the same industry.
