聚能水压爆破水袋装液与除尘效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 隧道工程爆破掘进作业环节会产生大量粉尘,聚能水压爆破技术中水袋形成的水雾可以起到降尘的作用,依托张吉怀官田斜井隧道,采用理论研究现场试验的方法,系统研究了水压爆破降尘的理论及添加泡沫除尘剂对提高爆破水雾除尘效果的影响,并得出以下结论。(1)通过理论研究,水袋在乳化炸药的强爆炸高温高压作用下产生雾化效果,如果水与粉尘接触润湿良好,则水雾降尘过程发生融合的效果较好,水雾捕尘效率增加,重力沉降作用增加,可达到较好的降尘效果。(2)通过对比试验,当水袋加入泡沫除尘剂后,可有效减少掌子面爆破后15min检测时粉尘的初始浓度。(3)通过对比试验,及试验数据处理分析,当水袋加入泡沫除尘剂后,可有效提高爆破后粉尘浓度的降低速率。 Tunnel blasting excavation work link will produce large amounts of dust,water bag in the formation of the water mist can gather water pressure blasting technology can have the effect of the dust,the article based on Zhang Jihuai kanden inclined tunnel, adopt the method of theoretical research of field test,the system research the theory of water pressure blasting dust and add the foam dust removal agent to improve the effects of the blasting spray dusting and draw the following conclusion.(1) According to theoretical research,the water bag produces atomization effect under the high temperature and high pressure effect of the strong explosion of emulsion explosive. If the contact wetting between water and dust is good,the fusion effect of the dust removal process of water mist is good. The dust collection efficiency of droplets increases,and the effect of gravity deposition increases,which can achieve better dust removal effect.(2) Through contrast test,when the water bag is added with foam dust removal agent,the initial concentration of dust detected 15 minutes after the palm blasting can be effectively reduced.(3) Through comparative experiments and experimental data processing and analysis,when the water bag is added with foam dust removal agent,the reduction rate of dust concentration after blasting can be effectively increased.
