摘要
结合广东仁化至博罗高速公路坪田隧道进口项目,针对隧道进口端洞口段初支背后围岩加固施工,详细介绍了软弱围岩钢花管二次劈裂注浆加固技术。从注浆参数的确定、成孔、注浆管制作和安装、一次注浆、二次注浆等方面,介绍了隧道软弱围岩二次劈裂注浆加固技术的工艺流程及具体细节,阐述了隧道软弱围岩二次劈裂注浆加固技术,并通过试验确定隧道软弱围岩二次劈裂注浆加固技术平均每延米水泥用量,丰富了软弱围岩注浆加固技术,为同类工程提供了技术支持和参考。
Based on the import project of Pingtian Tunnel from Renhua to Boluo Expressway in Guangdong Province,this paper introduces the secondary splitting grouting reinforcement technology for the weak surrounding rock steel tube in detail for the reinforcement construction of the surrounding rock behind the initial branch of the entrance end of the tunnel. From the aspects of grouting parameter determination,hole forming,grouting pipe fabrication and installation,one grouting,secondary grouting,etc., the process flow and specific details of the secondary splitting grouting reinforcement technology for the weak surrounding rock of the tunnel are introduced. The secondary splitting grouting reinforcement technology of the weak surrounding rock of the tunnel was carried out,and the average per-meter cement amount of the secondary splitting grouting reinforcement technology of the weak surrounding rock of the tunnel was determined through experiments,which enriched the grouting reinforcement technology of weak surrounding rock,which is the same kind of engineering.
