基于工程量清单的劳动力动态积分算法探讨

人材机资源是实现图纸到工程实体的基本要素,是一切生产工作、计划安排、质量与安全工作的最基本要素。结合工程量清单与进度计划,通过一个案例提出了一种快速估算劳动力的方法,进而通过劳动力时间分布情况反推进度计划的合理性,希望对其他项目管理以启迪,提高科学管理效益。

Labor, material, machine and resource are four basic elements for turning the drawings into engineering entities and they are the most basic elements for all production work, plan design, quality and safety guarantee. Based on the engineering workload list and construction schedule of a project, this paper proposed a short-cut work force estimation method and then deducted the reasonability of construction schedule according to the work force-time distribution. The purpose of this paper is to enlighten management of other projects and to improve the benefit of scientific management.
