在分析公路工程施工招投标阶段造价管理现状与存在问题的基础上,提出在施工招标投标阶段造价控制与管理措施,对控制公路建设成本、提高工程建设资金利用效率具有积极意义。

Based on the analysis of the status quo and existing problems of cost management in the bidding stage of highway engineering construction,this paper puts forward the cost control and management measures in the construction bidding stage,which has positive significance for controlling highway construction cost and improving project construction capital utilization efficiency.
