一款分离脱落电连接器电磁屏蔽效能设计

摘要 本文介绍了一款分离脱落电连接器的电磁屏蔽效能的设计、仿真和测试。脱落连接器的电磁屏蔽效能要求不小于30 dB,首先通过理论分析确定脱落电连接器的结构设计;再介绍电磁屏蔽效能计算方法,并使用CST仿真软件进行电磁屏蔽效能仿真;最后实测样品,通过测试来验证连接器电磁屏蔽效能的设计合理性。测试结果显示,该连接器在2MHz-18GHz频率范围内多个频点的电磁屏蔽效能值在41.8-89.8 dB之间,能够满足技术要求。 This article describes the design ,simulation ,and test of electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of a disconnected electrical connector. The shielding effectiveness of the disconnected electrical connector is required not less than 30 dB. Firstly,the structural design of the disconnected electrical connector was determined by theoretical analysis,and then the electromagnetic shielding performance of the structure was simulated by CST simulation software. Furthermore,the design structure was optimized by using the simulation results. Finally,through measuring the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the samples,we verified the design rationality of the electromagnetic shielding of the disconnected electrical connector. The test results showed that the shielding effectiveness of the connector at multiple frequencies in the frequency range of 2MHz-18GHz was between 41.8-89.8 dB,which could satisfy the technical requirements.
