基于GIS平台的油田不动产管理信息系统研究与应用

The Research and Application of Real Estate Management System of Jiangsu Oilfield Based on the GIS Platform

传统的不动产管理业务流程采用“以数管地”,即通过数据和报表进行管理,存在信息难以共享、无法快速全局数据分析、无法实现不动产档案快速查找等诸多问题。基于此,笔者探讨了基于GIS平台的油田不动产信息系统的研究与实现,该系统以服务油田土地管理和油田生产管理为宗旨,基于GIS(GeographicInformationSystem)平台,集合网络技术和多媒体技术实现了土地数据的查询、使用、分析和管理,旨在为相关部门的不动产管理提供技术支撑。

Traditional business processes of real estate management adopt "managing land by numbers", that is, managing through data and reports. There are many problems, such as difficult to share information, unable to analyze global data quickly, unable to find real estate archives quickly and so on. Based on this, the author discusses the research and implementation of the real estate information system of oilfield based on GIS platform. The system aims at serving the land management and production management of oilfield. Based on the platform of GIS (Geographic Information System), the system integrates network technology and multimedia technology to realize the query, use and analysis of land data. The purpose of management is to provide technical support for the real estate management of relevant departments.
