大数据背景下政府公共信息资源整合共享机制研究

Research on the Integration and Sharing Mechanism of Government Public Information Resources under the Background of Big Data

随着新型信息通讯技术的发展,人类社会进入了大数据时代。大数据时代的到来是把“双刃剑”,既为政府发展电子政务、建设服务型政府提供了机遇,同时又在信息资源的整合共享方面提出了极大挑战。基于此,笔者对政府公共信息资源在整合共享过程中存在的问题进行分析研究,并进一步探讨了如何进一步推动公共信息资源整合共享。

With the development of new information and communication technology, human society has entered the era of big data. The arrival of big data era is a "double-edged sword", which not only provides opportunities for the government to develop e-government and build a service-oriented government, but also poses great challenges in the integration and sharing of information resources. Based on this, the author analyses and studies the problems existing in the process of integration and sharing of government public information resources, and further explores how to further promote the integration and sharing of public information resources.
