摘要
以往高校采用的教学评价方法存在很多问题,对教学管理的决策过程造成了阻碍。笔者针对高校教学评价中存在的问题,分别从吸引教学评价参与者、增强信息采集多元化、增强信息分析处理能力以及提升评价反馈时效性等方面对大数据技术下的教学评价进行优化,从而提升高校的教学管理工作能力和水平。
There are many problems in the teaching evaluation methods adopted by colleges and universities in the past, which hinders the decision-making process of teaching management. In view of the problems, this paper optimizes the teaching evaluation under the big data technology from the aspects of attracting teaching evaluation participants, enhancing the diversity of information collection, enhancing the ability of information analysis and processing, and improving the timeliness of evaluation feedback. Manage work ability and level.
