摘要
从19世纪60年代到20世纪20年代,是美国大国崛起的第一个重要阶段,美国从“镀金时代”走向“进步时代”。这一时期也是美国广告业发展的重要时期,企业经营者和广告从业者积极投身广告传播实践,广告行业逐步走向规范治理,形成了现代广告业的基本形态。本文基于原始文献,对美国广告产业在1860-1920年代的发展情况进行研究和综述,以丰富广告史的相关研究内容。
From the sixties of the 19th century to the twenties of the 20th century, the United States had entered the Progressive Era from the Gilded Age in the first peak pericxi of economic. This pericxJ was also the first important stage for America to become the global superpower. In the period, the practice of advertising led by American entrepreneurs and advertisers built the basic framework o f the modem advertising industiy. This article studies on the development of American advertising industry from 1860s to 1920s in order to refine the research of advertising history.
