我国育婴员队伍建设的思考——基于我国台湾地区保姆人员专业化发展模式的比较 被引量:1

摘要 随着二孩潮的到来,"幼有所育"已经成为当今热点话题和关注的重点,如何建设一支具备专业化、高素质的育婴员队伍,是我国提升早期教育质量的关键。文章通过分析比较我国台湾地区保姆人员证照制度的演变,社区保姆系统的建立,运转和革新,以及培养方式和政府政策支持等经验,提出促进我国内陆育婴员队伍的培养建议。 With the advent of the Second Child Trend, nurturing at an early age has become a hot topic and focus of attention. How to build a team of professional and high-quality Baby sitters is the key to improve the quality of early education in China. By analyzing and comparing the evolution of the nursery certification system in Taiwan, the establishment, operation and innovation of the community nursery system, and the training methods and government policy support, this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the nursery team in China's Mainland and improve the level of nursery and service quality.
