社会工作视角下医患纠纷调解的困境与路径研究——以Z市第二人民医院为例

在现代社会,人与医院以及医护工作者之间的联系变得越来越微妙,随着人与医院和医护工作者之间的交流也逐渐频繁起来医患纠纷也越来越严重,如何有效解决医患纠纷成为当今社会的热点话题。通过对医患纠纷自身的特点研究、总结和分析了医患纠纷的现状及其产生的原因,从社会工作的角度来探究在医患纠纷解决中引入第三者(社会工作者)的可行性,探讨社会工作者来解决医患纠纷的具体途径,最后对社会工作介入医患纠纷进行总结和反思,并引起学者对于医患纠纷这一话题的关注。

In modern society, the relationship between people and hospitals and medical workers becomes more and more delicate. With the communication between people and hospitals and medical workers becoming more and more frequent, doctor-patient disputes become more and more serious. How to effectively solve doctor-patient disputes has become a hot topic in today’s society. This article through to the doctor-patient dispute own characteristic research, the summary and the analysis doctor-patient dispute present situation and the reason which produces, from the social work angle inquires into the third party(the social worker) the feasibility in the doctorpatient dispute settlement, inquires into the social worker to solve the doctor-patient dispute concrete way, finally carries on the summary and the reflection to the social work intervention doctor-patient dispute, and It arouses scholars’ attention to the topic of doctorpatient disputes.
