摘要
改革开放初期,作为政治中心的首都北京面对着改革需要和保守力量之间的冲突与交锋,而广告则成为这一系列交锋的展现舞台。本文作为对北京广告监管七十年系统研究的一个组成部分,对北京市改革开放初期的广告监管历程进行梳理,呈现北京市面对的广告问题和应对方式,总结北京市广告监管的独特地位和意义,并从中提炼广告监管的经验与教训。
In the early period of reform and opening up, Beijing, as the political center, was confronted with the conflict and confrontation between the reform needs and the conservative forces. Advertising became the stage of this series of confrontations. This paper combs the process of advertising supervision in the early stage of reform and opening up in Beijing, presents the advertising problems faced by Beijing and the ways to deal with them, summarizes the unique status and significanee of advertising supervision in Beijing, and extracts the experience and lessons of advertising supervision.
