潍县乐道院暨西方侨民集中营旧址入选全国爱国主义教育示范基地

据新华社9月16日报道,在新中国成立70周年之际,中宣部新命名39个全国爱国主义教育示范基地,山东省有一处入选,就是潍坊的潍县乐道院暨西方侨民集中营旧址,成为全国爱国主义教育示范基地.潍县乐道院暨西方侨民集中营旧址现在是国家一级博物馆——潍坊市博物馆的重要组成部分,是山东省重点文物保护.据悉,该遗址正在申报全国重点文物保护.

Weixian Ledao Courtyard in Shandong, the former site of the concentration camp for western expatriates, is included in the list of the 39 National Demonstration Bases for Patriotism Education newly named by the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China at the approach of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, according to Xinhua News Agency on September 16, 2019. As an important part of Weifang Museum, a firstclass national museum, the site is now a key historical and cultural relics site under the provincial government protection in Shandong. It is reported that this relics site is declaring a key historical and cultural site under the state protection.
