The Beauty of Longwan Lake

“落霞与孤鹜齐飞,秋水共长天一色.”秋高气爽的时节,有地方能欣赏诗中所描述的美丽迷人的场景,那非泗水县龙湾湖莫属.龙湾湖位于泗水县城南约5公里处,是泗水县母亲河——济河的水源地,这里群山环绕、碧波荡漾,生态优美、风光秀丽.每当夕阳西下,落霞染红平静的湖面,渔歌唱晚,泛舟归来的时候,惊起一行白鹭掠空而起,翱翔在碧水蓝天之间.这美妙动人的画卷,有文人赞赏为“龙湾落霞”.湖岸沿着崎岖的山脚蜿蜒,直到隐约消失在城子顶那边渺茫的地方.

Longwan Lake Scenic Area of Sishui, located about 5 kilometers south of Sishui County Town, is the water source of the ancient Jihe River, the mother river of Sishui County Town. Surrounded by mountains, with its rippling green waves it has a graceful ecological environment and beautiful scenery. As the sun sets far off to the west, the sunset glow will tint the calm lake red. The fishing boats return with the fishermen singing their folk songs,startling a line of egrets to suddenly take off and to fly between the clear water and the blue sky.
