摘要
目的分析采用不同方式治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效及对膝关节功能的影响。方法选取2015年1月-2017年8月永煤集团总医院收治的髌骨骨折患者100例,根据治疗方式不同随机分为两组,对照组采用克氏针张力带内固定术进行治疗,观察组采用闭合复位经皮双头加压空心钉内固定术进行治疗,对比两组临床疗效、膝关节功能情况与疼痛情况。结果观察组治疗优良率为96%,明显高于对照组的80%,组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后1个月与术后6个月的VAS评分分别为(3.02±1.05)分、(0.57±0.15)分,低于对照组[(4.15±1.62)分、(1.25±0.85)分],观察组术后1个月与术后6个月Lysholm膝关节评分分别为(85.32±3.15)分、(92.023±3.63)分,高于对照组[(71.23±5.63)分、(80.02±3.62)分],差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用闭合复位经皮双头加压空心钉内固定术治疗横形髌骨骨折的效果更加理想,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of different treatment methods on patella fracture and the effect on knee joint function. Methods Select from January 2015 to August 2017, our hospital 100 cases of patellar fracture patients, according to the different treatments,they were randomly divided into two groups, control group used kirschner needle tension band internal fixation treatment, observation group with closed reduction and percutaneous double compression cannulated screw fixation treatment, compared two groups clinical curative effect, the knee function and pain.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was 96%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Observation group patients postoperative 1 months and 6 months after operation, the VAS score, respectively(3.02±1.05),(0.57±0.15), lower than that of the control group [(4.15±1.62),(1.25±0.85)], the observation group after 1 months and 6 months after operation, the Lysholm knee score(85.32±3.15), respectively(92.023±3.63), higher than that of the control group [(71.23±5.63),(80.02±3.62)], there was statistical significance difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of closed reduction and internal fixation with percutaneous double head pressurized hollow nail is more ideal and worthy of promotion.
