Project Management in the Belt and Road Initiative V2.0 Era

以2013年金秋为起点,"一带一路"倡议作为承载时代使命的世纪工程,掀开了世界发展进程的崭新一页。2019年4月,第二届"一带一路"国际合作高峰论坛在北京成功举办,开启了"一带一路"2.0阶段。在1.0阶段,"一带一路"经过夯基垒台、立柱架梁,完成了总体布局,绘就了一幅"大写意";在2.0阶段,要聚焦重点、精雕细琢,共同绘制好精谨细腻的"工笔画",推动"一带一路"向高质量发展。

In April, 2019, the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation was held in Beijing, which ushers in the arrival of the Belt and Road(B&R) Initiative V2.0 Era. The key to B&R projects is interconnection. Infrastructure, as the cornerstone, is the bottleneck of development in many countries. Over the past years, Chinese enterprises have explored diversified development of market and business models, practiced the concept of mutually beneficial and win-win development and effectively docked China’s superior production capacity with the development needs of countries along the B&R Initiative in order to achieve the effect of "1+1>2" in project management and set a great example for international project cooperation.
