Suggestions for Fourth Amendments to Patent Law in the Context of Strict Protection

十八大以來,中國對知識産權戰略實施作出一系列重大决策部署,在知識産權保護方面大力推行"嚴保護",依法保護各類創新主體。十九大以來,中國國家領導人更是在許多重要場合都提出要加强知識産權保護,對知識産權施行嚴格保護。中國政府先後出臺了超過150件涉及加强知識産權保護的文件,體現出中國加强知識産權保護、從嚴保護的决心。

Ever since the 18th National Congress, China has made a series of major decision-making deployments for the implementation of intellectual property strategies so as to promote astrict protection” in intellectual property field, and protect various types of innovative subjects according to law. After the 19th National Congress, Chinese leaders have proposed to strengthen intellectual property protection on many important occasions so as to provide strict protection for intellectual property rights. The Chinese government has promulgated more than 150 documents related to strengthening intellectual property protectio n, which showed China, s determination to strengthen intellectual property protection as strictly as possible.
