丝栗栲切根育苗试验研究

Test Study on Growing Seedlings for Castanopsis fargesii by Cutting Roots

对丝栗栲切根与不切根育苗对比试验 ,分析不同处理的发芽率、苗高、地茎、主根、须根及枝、叶等到一系列苗木质量性状差异 ,表明切根能使丝栗栲苗木明显增高 ,枝叶增多 ,使苗木主根变短 ,侧根和须根发达 ,但切根在一定程度上降低了苗木的发芽率。

Test on growing seedlings for Castanopsis fargesii by cutting roots and staining with ash was carried out then differences of a series of properties in quantity and quality such as percentage of adult nursery stock,height,diameter,main root,fibrous roots,branches,leaves and so on were analysed in this paper. The results showed that cutting roots could shorten main root of nursery stock,raise the position of roots on the side and make root system be developed so that nursety stocks had vigorous growth in form that diameter and height increased significantly.However,cutting roots decreased the percentage of adult nursery stock in a certain extent.The conclusion can provide instruction for cultivating strong nursery stock of C.fargesii.
