摘要
科学技术的迅猛发展使人类社会正逐步进入信息网络时代,各种违反网络道德与法律的负面影响也随之出现。为保证网络的健康有序发展,必须坚持法治与德治并举,把“依法治网”与“以德治网”紧密结合起来,加强管理,尽快制定出适应互联网络发展的法律规范和思想道德规范。
The rapid development of science and technology has put human beings into the age of information network.Hence immoral and illegal acts appear.To ensure a sound and orderly development of networks,we must stick to ruling them by law and virtue,improve our management and enact as soon as possible their legal regulations and moral slantards.
