分娩教育对160例初产妇分娩的影响

Effect of Childbirth Education on Delivery among Primiparae, Clinical Study of 160 Cases

目的 探讨分娩教育对促进初产妇自然分娩、降低手术产率的作用。方法 80例初次妊娠的孕妇 ,在妊娠晚期接受分娩教育 (观察组 ) ,同时随机抽取条件相同 ,但在妊娠晚期未接受分娩教育的 80例孕妇作为对照组。观察两组分娩方式、分娩各产程时间、产程中用药、新生儿Apgar评分、产后出血量等。结果 观察组剖宫产率和阴道助产率明显下降 ,第一产程和总产程时间明显缩短 ,产程中用药明显减少 ,新生儿窒息发生率明显降低 ,与对照组相比有统计学意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 分娩教育使产程中医疗干预减少 ,自然分娩率提高 。

Objective To investigate the effect of childbirth education on pattern of delivery, cesarean section rate, and outcome of lying in women and newborn children Methods One hundred and sixty primiparae were randomly divided into two groups of eighty persons The primiparae in the observation group attended a course consisting of four 2 hour classes to learn relevant knowledge and skills Only routine health care was given to the control group The pattern of delivery, length of the stages of labor, rate of cesarean section, and vaginal delivery rate were observed Results The rate of natural labor was 71% in the observation group and 44% in the control group (P<0 01) Vaginal delivery was conducted for 1 woman in the observation group, and for 7 women in the control group (P<0 05) Cesarean section was practiced for eight women in the observation group and 29 women in the control group (P<0 01) The length of the first stage of labor and the whole course of labor were shorter in the observation group than in the control group (P<0 01) Less medicines, such as sedative and oxytocin were used in the observation group (P<0 01 or P<0 05) The incidence rate of postpartum hemorrhage were lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0 01) Conclusion Childbirth education helps increases the rate of natural delivery and decreases the rates of obstetrical complications
