摘要
心肌细胞是人体心脏最基本的结构和功能单位.不论是什么类型的心脏疾病,它所引起的心脏功能的变化,从本质上说,都是心肌细胞的变性坏死造成的.在成熟个体中,心肌属于最终分化细胞,一旦损伤只能由疤痕组织代替.如何促使心肌细胞再生一直是心血管领域的一个重要的研究课题.
