心肌M细胞的认识及其临床进展 被引量:2

摘要 人心肌细胞电生理学研究,始于20世纪60年代.当时由于标本难得,分离心肌细胞技术上存在困难,而影响了心肌细胞电生理学的研究.80年代,由于膜片钳技术的应用、心脏外科和心脏移植手术的进展,人心肌细胞电生理学研究得到了飞速的发展.90年代以来,随着心肌细胞电生理学特别是心肌细胞离子流(离子通道)学研究不断深入,Drouin等在动物实验的基础上证实了人类心肌中存在M细胞[1],从而为心律失常的发生机制及抗心律失常药物的作用开拓了新的理论.
